Adelaide

I went to Adelaide to visit Letti, my youngest granddaughter and her mum Georgia who is my youngest daughter. Georgia, Phil and Letti were living in Mount Barker when I visited which is a lovely area but a bit far from the city itself. They have since moved into the city.

My sister in law, Melaine, who is the wife of my only brother, Grant, also came to visit while I was here.

We went out for a yummy brunch.

Melaine and I went on a Wine Tour to the Barossa Valley during our stay.

Chateaux Yaldara had some beautiful buildings. I am not much of a wine drinker these days but their sparkling red was quite yummy.

I do not have another photo of this place, Rosenvale Winery, but it was my favourite of the day due to the detailed information they gave about the life line of each wine … must be the informationaholic side of my personality.

Lara sent money for us to have a special outing with Letti so we took her to a local animal farm and she loved it. It was called Harndorf Farm Barn.

Harndorf Farm Barn had lots of activities for kids and they even had a large group in for a birthday party on the day we were there. I must just show one more photo of Letti milking a cow. Letti had a ball and was so into all the activities.

Letti is so willing to give anything a go 😀 great attribute for a 3 year old.

I didn’t take any photos of Georgia while I was there so I stole one from my daughter Chloe who visited there last week ❤️🤣 Georgia was busy in moving mode and time just got away on us but I did love spending time with them 😘
